Editing convention

To let you know Tom, I tried to include what we talked about on Skype today in the EcoliseWiki:Editing conventions. One reason is to harvest all the precious information I learned our talk. The second reason is that not every new user will be lucky enough to talk to you for over an hour, but probably many of them will have the same questions as I did.
