Permaculture in Romania

From EcoliseWiki

Romanian Permaculture Research Institute (established in 2015) and Romania in Transition Association (established in 2009) were born in 2011 by the Transition Initiatives workshop in Cluj and subsequent seminars in eight Romanian cities in 2012. By 2020 two partnering organisations have established themselves as engines of community-led projects across the country as well as partners in international projects.

The Romanian Permaculture Research Institute is a network of professionals and entrepreneurs from various professional fields (permaculture, engineering, economics, anthropology, horticulture, psychology, environmental engineering etc.) who develop and support ethical eco-social projects.

They support the practice of permaculture from a multidisciplinary perspective through research, consulting, mentoring, education and implementation of regenerative projects with a positive impact on the environment and the community. [1]
